These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FuelFit Pro mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"), provided by FuelFit Pro ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your Account

To use most features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides workout plans, exercise guidance, diet and nutrition suggestions, and progress tracking for general fitness and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise, diet, or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.
You use the App's workouts, exercises, and nutrition content entirely at your own risk. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during activity.
Calorie, macro, and nutrition figures are estimates generated from the information you provide and general formulas; they are not medical or dietetic advice and individual results may vary.

4. AI Chatbot Disclaimer

The App includes an AI-powered fitness assistant (chatbot) that uses a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. Chatbot responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are provided for general informational purposes only — they do not constitute medical, dietary, or professional advice. Do not rely on the chatbot as a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

The App offers free features and optional paid subscriptions or one-time purchases that unlock premium features. Current pricing, billing frequency, and any free trial terms are disclosed at the point of purchase in the App or in the relevant app store listing.
Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store are billed and managed by Google or Apple in accordance with their respective terms, and automatically renew until cancelled through your app store account settings.
Purchases made directly in the App through Stripe, Razorpay, or PayPal are processed by those providers; we do not store your full payment card details.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable. Refunds for app store purchases are handled by Google or Apple according to their own policies.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period, and does not by itself delete your account (see our Account & Data Deletion page).

6. User Content & Community Conduct

The App may let you post content such as community posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, and progress photos ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely to operate and improve the App.

You agree not to post User Content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, infringing, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person. We may remove User Content or restrict access to the App at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or our systems;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law;
interfere with or disrupt the App's operation, servers, or networks; or
use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, workout and diet content, and underlying software, is owned by FuelFit Pro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, including Google AdMob (advertising), OneSignal (push notifications), Stripe, Razorpay and PayPal (payments), and OpenAI (the AI chatbot). Your use of these integrated features is also subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is shared with these providers.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account as described on our Account & Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity, or if required to do so by law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any workout, diet, or chatbot content will be accurate or suitable for your individual circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelFit Pro and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App, including any injury resulting from exercise or dietary changes undertaken based on App content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country or state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our App, legal requirements, or business practices. We will update the "Effective date" above when we do, and where changes are material we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification). Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
